Chris has been helping people with their finances since 1989. He is the Practice Principal and it is his responsibility to provide advice to the Practice’s clients.
Chris understands the importance of getting the advice right as well as providing an ongoing service. This ensures that we make a real difference to client outcomes. Starting with the basics, which may include writing a will* and ensuring adequate wealth protection is in place (incorporating trust planning where necessary) helps to provide peace of mind. Over and above this, estate, investment and retirement planning are many people’s focus and there is a growing recognition that with all the rule changes that have taken place over the last few years, planning really does require expertise to provide the confidence needed to ensure the correct steps are being taken. Chris enjoys the problem-solving aspect, especially when working with fully engaged individuals who feel motivated in making sure that the plans truly reflect their own aspirations.
Chris has a passion for music and football (both playing, and watching his local team Brentford as a season ticket holder).
*Will writing involves the referral to a service that is separate and distinct to those offered by St. James's Place. Wills and trusts are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
